About the Role
As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. Your role will include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages
- Opening and closing the bar
- Creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time
Who we are looking for?
- Strong knowledge of cocktail making
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being in front of house building relationships with our members and guests
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail

As Bartender You Will
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks, and food menu
- Take pride in preparing orders at the highest quality level
- Engage with guests, get to know our regulars, and learn to anticipate their needs
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service at the bar
- Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
- Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience

Our Most Successful Bartender Has
- A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent service skills
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests
- Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant
- A team player approach
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
