ABOUT THE PRINCESS OF SHOREDITCH

The Princess of Shoreditch is a vibrant Noble Inns venue in the heart of Shoreditch, bringing together great food, quality drinks and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about drinks, enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to develop their career within a growing hospitality group.

THE ROLE

As a Bartender, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality drinks while providing warm, confident and engaging service. You will work closely with the wider front-of-house, kitchen and management teams to ensure every service runs smoothly.

Great bartending is about more than making drinks — it's about knowing your product, reading the guest, working with pace and creating an atmosphere people want to return to.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver consistently high standards of drinks and guest service.
  • Prepare and serve drinks accurately, efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Confidently make recommendations and communicate product knowledge to guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar.
  • Complete bar preparation and mise en place before service.
  • Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the floor, kitchen and management teams.
  • Monitor stock, wastage and bar presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Follow all Noble Inns SOPs, licensing, health & safety and company procedures.
  • Complete opening and closing duties to the required standard.
  • Support the wider team and contribute positively to the venue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
