What you will do as a Bartender:
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Have full knowledge of food, drink menus, and other hotel outlets.
- Follow Bar service standards, including upselling and making recommendations.
- Handle guest orders, payments, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, follow opening/closing procedures, and care for equipment.
- Work as part of an efficient, supportive team and communicate well.
- Be aware of and follow health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
