Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixing cocktails, maintaining bar operations, managing customer orders, and delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, bar equipment, stock control, responsible alcohol service, and bar hygiene. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Member, Mixologist, Bar Server, Beverage Service Associate, or Bar Team Member in a bar, restaurant, hotel, lounge, or other hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks, and specialty drinks.
- Mix and garnish classic and contemporary cocktails according to recipes, presentation standards, and customer preferences.
- Welcome customers, take beverage orders, recommend drinks, and provide friendly, professional bar service.
- Explain drink menus, cocktail ingredients, beverage options, and daily specials to customers.
- Operate bar equipment, including cocktail shakers, blenders, beverage dispensers, coffee machines, and glassware cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company grooming, uniform, attendance, and service standards.
- Support busy service periods, private functions, parties, and hospitality events when required.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain high standards of beverage quality, service efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Mixologist, Bar Staff Member, Bar Server, or Beverage Service Associate is preferred.
- Experience working in a bar, hotel, restaurant, pub, lounge, nightclub, resort, or other hospitality establishment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirit categories, wine, beer, mixers, mocktails, and standard beverage preparation methods.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a bar, restaurant, or hotel team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late hours where required.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Relevant hospitality training, bar service qualifications, or licensing-related training is an advantage.
