Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Bartender role based in London. The Bartender will prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and venue standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves handling payments, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and delivering attentive customer service throughout events and performances. The Bartender will collaborate closely with the wider venue and service team to support smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrated Bartending experience, including mixing drinks, understanding menus, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Accurate Cash Handling abilities, including processing card and cash transactions and reconciling bills.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant local regulations, with a focus on guest safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in bars, clubs, or hospitality venues is beneficial; formal bartending or hospitality training is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
