Bartender

The Opportunity

Do you enjoy creating moments that make people feel relaxed, welcome, and looked after? If you take pride in your craft and love seeing guests leave happier than when they arrived, we’d love you to join our hotel as a Bartender.

Whether you’re shaking a classic Singapore Sling, mixing a fresh and vibrant Mojito, or delivering the perfect Vodka Martini, you’ll play an important role in shaping our guests’ experience. For many guests, the bar is the heart of the hotel — and you’ll help make it a place where people feel comfortable, engaged, and eager to return.

How You’ll Make Guests Feel

This role is about more than drinks — it’s about connection. You’ll engage with guests naturally and confidently, reading the room and responding to individual needs. Through friendly conversation, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine enthusiasm, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and at ease.

You’ll also use your product knowledge to suggest and upsell beverages in a way that feels natural and guest‑focused — always with the aim of enhancing their experience and, most importantly, making them smile.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
