Sanderson Hotel

The Opportunity

At our 5-star lifestyle hotel, the bar is more than a place—it’s a vibe. From signature cocktails to spontaneous celebrations, we’re looking for a Bartender who can shake, stir, and serve unforgettable moments with every pour.

Your Role

As a Bartender, you’ll be the storyteller behind the bar—crafting drinks with flair, connecting with guests, and setting the tone for stylish, social experiences. Whether it’s a quiet nightcap or a buzzing Friday night, you’ll bring energy, elegance, and expertise to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and a touch of theatre.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually stunning bar area.
  • Share your knowledge of ingredients, pairings, and seasonal specials.
  • Support the wider F&B team during service and events.
  • Handle transactions and guest feedback with professionalism and charm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
