What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for crafting exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding service.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
- A warm, charismatic personality that keeps guests coming back for more.

Job Role:
- Create exceptional cocktails and beverages with consistency and flair.
- Deliver a personalised bar experience, engaging guests with a welcoming smile.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area & cellar
- Support the team with seamless service during busy shifts.
- Stay up-to-date with current drink trends and contribute to our creative bar offerings.
