Toum is a Lebanese rotisserie with a French twist, located in the heart of Mayfair, Greater London. The restaurant focuses on rotisserie chicken, vibrant small plates, and bold Levantine flavors presented with Parisian flair. Guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks at Encore, Toum’s retro-style listening bar that highlights music and cocktails in a cozy atmosphere. Toum is known for its warm, refined hospitality and regularly hosts private dining experiences and brand collaborations. The team values creativity, high-quality service, and a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Role Description
The Bartender at Toum is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This role is responsible for preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages that complement Toum’s Lebanese and French-inspired menu. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Bartender will maintain bar cleanliness and organization, manage stock levels, and follow all health, safety, and responsible service guidelines. The role also involves working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless, high-quality hospitality in both the main restaurant and Encore listening bar.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests, manage busy service, and uphold Toum’s hospitality standards.
- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, with enthusiasm for Lebanese and French-influenced flavors.
- Proficient Bartending skills, including drink preparation, garnishing, and bar setup/breakdown in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable Cash Handling skills, with experience operating POS systems and managing payments accurately.
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting; experience in London or similar markets is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and basic food safety practices.
- Professional, inclusive approach to working with diverse guests and colleagues; additional language skills are a plus.
