We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on and friendly Bartender who has an exceptional eye for detail and is passionate about drinks and mixology to join our team. You’ll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for bringing the cocktail menu to life with real theatre for our guests.
The Role
As Bartender, you’ll be friendly and welcoming and motivated to build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of bar operations, a real passion for cocktails and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.
- Deliver friendly, efficient and professional service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
- Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, food and beverage quality.
- Support smooth daily operations, including stock control, cash handling, shift handovers and compliance.
- Work closely with the team, following Health & Safety, hygiene and licensing standards while supporting upselling opportunities.

The Person
You’re friendly, confident and passionate about delivering excellent guest service, with previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment. You’re a positive team player who communicates well, stays calm under pressure and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You’re proactive, flexible and always willing to go the extra mile for our guests and team.
The Hotel
Situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, with 228 bedrooms including 11 suites, this period building has been beautifully restored to its former glory in a luxurious design to offer the ultimate in relaxation.
The rooms and suites at the hotel exude elegance and guests can enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica with its sophisticated atrium setting or unwind with a late-night drink in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
