Bartender
Creating and serving high‑quality cocktails, spirits and beverages to an exceptional standard Demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines and bar techniques Delivering warm, confident and personalised service to guests Maintaining an elegant and well‑organised bar environment Working collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure fluid service Upholding brand standards, presentation and service excellence at all times
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences
- Previous experience from a luxury hospitality or five‑star environment
- Solid understanding of high‑end service standards
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage naturally with guests
- Confident, professional and calm under pressure
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluency in a second language is an advantage
