About the Role

Through an unmarked door, descend the stairs from Denman Street to SOMA Soho, an award-winning underground speakeasy cocktail bar. A statement stainless steel counter sits in the centre of the bar allowing guests to observe our world-class bartenders create cocktails inspired by the Indian subcontinent and beyond. SOMA Soho is the ultimate late-night cocktail bar in Soho, open into the early hours of the morning every day.

The Group

Recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 for the second year in a row, Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants that combine British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf, Soho and Shoreditch alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

The Role

At SOMA, we offer the best form of hospitality alongside drinks crafted using modern techniques and culinary skills- we prep hard and work smart. As our bartender, you’ll ooze confidence working behind the bar with extensive cocktail knowledge. We are looking for a bartender who values the highest standards of service and is passionate about delivering consistently great experiences to our guests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
