Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar
Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar is a contemporary brasserie dining establishment located in the historic city of Bath, UK, specialising in high-quality grilled dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a vibrant and stylish atmosphere, combining a relaxed dining experience with exceptional food and service and live piano performances in the evenings.
Open for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon drinks. Throughout the day the terrace by Abbey Square and lounge area will be perfect to relax with a drink and nibbles. As the sun sets and we get ready for dinner to serve our signature dishes with the best local produce. Our resident Pianist and DJ will begin, and cocktails will flow.
The restaurant is beautiful with venetian walls, banquettes upholstered in leather, and marble feel tables.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team.

About the Role
As a Bartender, you’ll bring creativity, precision, and flair to our bar. You’ll prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, recommend drinks to guests, and ensure every service is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, memorable experience for every guest who visits.
What You’ll Do
- Craft cocktails, pour wines, and serve beers with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness across the bar area.
- Be knowledgeable about our drinks list, seasonal specials, and food pairings to make confident recommendations.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth service across the restaurant and bar.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A genuine interest in cocktails, wines, spirits, and the art of mixology.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a love of working as part of a team.
