Our multi-functional food and beverage destination will include premium grab and go salad bar and high-end retail; artisanal coffee bars; craft Beer and Organic Wines plus spectacular events.

Role Purpose

Join a vibrant and growing hospitality business at an exciting student venue in London Bridge, home to a popular rooftop bar. We're looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join the team and help create a fantastic experience for students and guests in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  • Delivering friendly, efficient and engaging customer service
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and presentation across the bar area
  • Supporting with stock replenishment and general bar setup and close-down duties
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Helping create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for customers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Good to know

We are paying £14.80 per hour. The roles offer 30-40 hours per week, including weekends, working within a busy rooftop student bar. Shifts are a mix of mornings and evenings, with start times from 7:30am and finish times up to 11:30pm.
