We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender / Barista

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender / Barista to join our growing team at Break The Fast London. With a strong brunch focus and expanding evening service, this role is perfect for someone who can deliver exceptional coffee by day and great drinks by night.

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time (including weekends)

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks) with consistency
  • Creating latte art (heart/tulip minimum standard)
  • Serving cocktails, soft drinks, and brunch beverages
  • Delivering excellent customer service and creating a great atmosphere
  • Managing bar setup, stock, and cleanliness
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Bartender/Barista
  • Strong coffee skills (dialling in espresso, milk texturing, latte art)
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Flexible to work weekends
