Bartender – Brooklands Bar, The Peninsula London
The Peninsula London is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the Brooklands Bar team, reporting to the Head Mixologist and Bar Manager. This is a critical role in delivering an efficient yet unforgettable guest experience through superior service and a unique beverage offering.

Requirements
Technical & Creative Skills

Deep knowledge of:
- Classic cocktails and their preparation
- Luxury-level bar techniques
- Innovative beverage alternatives

Restaurant/bar experience in a high-end or mews-level venue is essential.
Service & Character Qualities
- A passion for both service excellence and exceptional beverage offerings
- Appetite for creativity with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily
- Fluent in a second language (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (essential for both guests and teams)
