Quo Vadis is a historic Restaurant and Private Members Club in London with a colourful past and a timeless allure. Formerly a home to Karl Marx, Quo Vadis is something of a Soho institution, attracting an eclectic crowd who are drawn to the good things in life. The critically acclaimed restaurants serve seasonal, Modern British Cuisine, highly seasonal and using the best local produce from top suppliers, creating a timeless menu conjured up by renowned Chef Proprietor, Jeremy Lee and his culinary team.

The Bartender Role
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-quality restaurant, Members Club, bar or nightclub in London
- Excellent knowledge of drinks and experience creating bespoke cocktails
- Personable and welcoming with a passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered
- Brilliant knowledge of our menus, seasonal ingredients, and allergens
- Able to make coffees and have barista skills
- Able to operate Tevalis or similar EPOS system
- Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
- Enhance guest experience by nurturing relationships and celebrating our loyal members
- As part of our sustainability effort, respect recycling, energy, and other initiatives throughout the business
- Strong command of English language
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Maintain brand standards by checking the quality and consistency
