Are you a skilled bartender with a passion for mixology and exceptional guest experiences?
We're looking for charismatic, energetic bartenders to join the team at the Edinburgh Gin Distillery Bar, creating memorable experiences through expertly crafted cocktails and outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing…
As a Bartender, you'll:
- Create and serve high-quality handcrafted cocktails, signature serves and drinks with skill and consistency
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visitor receives a warm and memorable welcome
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for Edinburgh Gin, acting as a passionate brand advocate.
- Support visitor experiences across the Distillery and work collaboratively with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and customer service at all times

What We're Looking For…
We're seeking experienced bartenders who:
- Have proven bar experience and strong mixology skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Are confident communicators who enjoy engaging with guests
- Deliver outstanding customer service and take pride in creating memorable experiences
- Are proactive team players with a positive, can-do attitude
- Have a genuine passion for premium spirits, cocktails and hospitality
Flexibility is essential. Our bar operates seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. We're looking for colleagues who can adapt to varying shift patterns and support the needs of the business. Indicative working patterns and arrangements will be discussed during interview with shortlisted candidates.
Candidates must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of our roles.
What We Can Offer You…
- Permanent contract
- £13.45 per hour
- All tips received from visitors distributed equally amongst colleagues based on hours worked
- Comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday allowance, pension contributions and product discounts
- Annualised hours contract with guaranteed monthly income
- Average 32-hour-per-week contract, typically worked across 4 or 5 days from 7 [although we are also open to considering two part-time candidates to fulfil these hours - please state your preference within your application]
