Bartender
As a Bartender, you will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. You will assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations, and help plan and present the bar menu. Additionally, you will check customers’ identification to confirm it meets the legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glasses and utensils. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent guest experience is also key.
Requirements
- Passion for mixology and the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software.
- Preferably, experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
