Salary: £12.71 per hour base pay + estimated service charge of £1.29–£3.79 per hour

Bounce has been delivering unforgettable nights out for groups since 2012 and with it, arguably, State of Play created an entirely new entertainment category. Ping pong remains hugely popular and accessible for all ages and it is best experienced with friends or colleagues hosted by one of Bounce’s Games Gurus.

Overview of Role

Bartenders are responsible for delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available throughout the experience. Bartenders provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart to make you the ringleader of your show each shift.

Milestones

  • 1 year: Enhanced Maternity & Paternity payment - as part of our family we'll help support yours
