About the Role

As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. Your role will include, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar and creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time.

Who we are looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of cocktail making.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being in front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

As Bartender you will:

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu.
  • Take pride in preparing orders at the highest quality level.
  • Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service at the bar.
  • Works with the kitchen and F&B teams.
  • Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience.

Our most successful Bartender has:

  • A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge.
  • Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent service skills.
  • Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant.
  • A team player approach.

This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
