Role Overview
At ETM Group, being a Bartender is a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our premium hospitality environments. You're not just making drinks - you're creating memorable moments, delivering great service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that defines our venues and EPIC values.
Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop bars to refined dining spaces - our Bartenders play an essential role in day-to-day bar operations. Whether preparing cocktails, serving drinks, or engaging with guests, you ensure every interaction is delivered with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
Working alongside your bar leadership team, you will support service, maintain high standards, and ensure the bar is clean, organised, and fully prepared. This is a hands-on role where consistency, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key to success.

The Ideal Candidate Will Present
- Experience: Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium hospitality environment.
- Product Interest: You have an interest in cocktails, wines, spirits, and developing your product knowledge.
- Guest Focus: You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy delivering great service.
- Organisation & Efficiency: You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in delivering drinks consistently and keeping your workspace clean and organised.
- Positive Attitude: You bring energy and professionalism to every shift.
- Resilience: You remain calm and focused during busy service periods.
- Team Player: You work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
