About the role
We are seeking a passionate, professional and service-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding beverage service in a warm and welcoming environment. You will expertly prepare and serve beverages, engage with guests, and demonstrate extensive product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and presentation.
Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team, you will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the legendary Four Seasons service culture and commitment to excellence.
What you will do
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations and tailor beverage selections to guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering procedures.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards and the Golden Rule philosophy in every interaction.

What you will bring
- Previous bartending experience within a high-quality restaurant, bar, hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage service.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and current beverage trends.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic approach to guest service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Relevant beverage qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
