Description
As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be attentive to the guests’ needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
As part of the Bar team, you will be supporting each other to consistently deliver memorable moments, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for greater guest experience. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and to know where to find all the information.
- Be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety).
- Have a desire and a creative eye for mixology and drink trends.
