About The Venue
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the iconic Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.
Role Purpose
Join the iconic Royal Albert Hall and be part of a premium bar team delivering exceptional hospitality in one of London’s most prestigious venues. If you thrive in fast paced environments while maintaining the highest standards of guest service, this is the perfect opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality setting at world class events.
This role sits within our dining bars operation, serving guests across a range of premium bar outlets throughout the venue. You'll be part of a professional team providing seamless, high end service to discerning guests attending concerts, award ceremonies, sporting events, and exclusive performances throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Creating a welcoming and sophisticated guest experience through professional, attentive service
- Providing product recommendations and engaging confidently with guests to enhance their visit
- Operating efficiently during busy event periods while maintaining impeccable service standards
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and seamless bar operations
- Upholding the Royal Albert Hall's reputation for excellence through every guest interaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in premium bars, luxury hospitality, hotels, restaurants, private members' clubs, theatres, or event venues preferred
- Strong hospitality or customer facing experience with a genuine passion for service excellence
- Excellent communication skills with a clear command of English
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- A polished and professional approach with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Cocktail experience preferred
