As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey.

At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

Join the talented team at Scarfes Bar, one of London’s most celebrated cocktail destinations and currently ranked No. 31 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will work alongside a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar experiences through expert beverage preparation, outstanding product knowledge, and intuitive guest service. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and professionalism. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support the overall success of the outlet.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
