Bartender – The Signature Bar | Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch

About the Role

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Luxurybartender to join its pre-opening team and help shape TheSignature Bar at this newest London landmark. This founder opportunity represents an unparalleled chance for a hospitality leader to influence five-star luxury service standards in one of the world’s most iconic properties.


The Property

Located at the prestigious end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch features:

  • 100 elegant rooms & suites
  • 17,500 sqft of private residences
  • Signature dining, including:
    • Coreus by Clare Smyth
    • Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs)
  • World-class spa & state-of-the-art fitness facilities
  • Grand event spaces, including a ballroom for 320 guests

Key Responsibilities

An accomplished luxtury hospitality professional must:

  • Lead by example in crafting an exceptional five-star guest experience
  • Uphold standards recognised by Forbes for world-class service
  • Develop and excel in Luxury Bartending, maintaining high-throughput operations
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the bar’s unique vision
  • Ensure exemplary service across pre-opening and launch phases

Person Specification

Experience & Skills

  • Proven leadership in premium hospitality environments, ideally within Luxury, Michelin or Michelin-starred settings
  • Exceptional cocktail mastery, including creative menu development
  • Extensive experience in high-end service, including speed, precision, and attentive guest engagement
  • Team collaboration to drive consistency during pre-opening and launch
  • Strong communication – fluent in English (all other languages a huge asset)
