After the successful launch of Coffi Lab's new wine and cocktail pop-up in Rhiwbina, we are looking to recruit a team so that we can roll this out on a regular basis.
We are looking for Bartenders to be the face of The Pup & Ball and help our customers to continue enjoying the simple things a little later into the evening.
You would be serving a curated selection of drink and nibbles, with last orders being at 8:30pm. Shifts would be Friday, Saturday and Sundays working 14:30 to 21:30.

Responsibilities include:
- delighting every customer with a warm, friendly Coffi Lab experience
- adhering to recipes and standards of presentation
- keeping the bar and customer areas clean, tidy and well stocked
- multitasking and maintaining an appropriate pace, often whilst working under pressure
- supporting the close down at the end of the shift

Ideal candidates will have previous bartending experience, including cocktail making. We are looking for a strong team player who is organised and can remain calm.
