Role: Bartender at Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

Location: Bloomsbury, London

Hours: 40 hours (5 of 7 days weekly rota)

Salary: £31,000 + Benefits

About Us

Imperial London Hotels is a family-run company with an 187-year legacy, dedicated to putting authentic London experiences within everyone’s reach.

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial, a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About The Role

We’re looking for a stand-out Bartender who brings energy, personality, and craft to every serve. Working within our breathtaking new rooftop venue opposite Russell Square. Perched on the 10th floor of the newly re-imagined Imperial Hotel, this 324-cover destination offers 360-degree views of Central London’s iconic skyline. Providing both indoor and outdoor spaces plus a private dining room.

You’ll be the face of our bar, mixing great drinks, creating great moments, and helping deliver the kind of atmosphere guests want to return to again and again.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
