Bartender
We are looking for a skilled, charismatic, and passionate bartender to bring creativity and energy to our bar team. 74 Duke is a beautifully designed space which offers an exceptional dining and drinking experience, combining high-quality cuisine with a world-class cocktail and beverage program in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious new concept to create a standout bar experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, quality-focused venue.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- A passion for mixology, creativity, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests confidently.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player, working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service periods.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering a welcoming and personalised experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar, ensuring all bar operations run smoothly.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards while consistently delivering drinks of the highest quality.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with ordering and inventory control.
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar menu and service.
