Be part of Nancy’s story
Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife.
Having opened in June, Nancy's is going from strength to strength, and we're looking to expand our amazing team. We're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.
The Role
We are looking for people with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for great cocktails, and helping our guests find the perfect drink for them.
You will work closely with our host and bar teams to help personalise and elevate the guest experience. We are looking for someone who has experience in busy venues, understands section management and anticipatory service, and can work with the management team to create a buzz and a real sense of occasion on the floor.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
