Bartender at Michelin* HIDE

HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.

Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park.

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

As a bartender at our Michelin-starred restaurants cocktail bar, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, mixology skills, and passion for hospitality in a dynamic and sophisticated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Exceptional Cocktails: Utilize your expertise in mixology to create unique and innovative cocktails that delight our guests and elevate their dining experience.
  • Maintaining High Standards: Adhere to the highest standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of cocktail preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations, sharing knowledge about ingredients and techniques, and ensuring that their needs are met with personalized attention.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the bar manager and culinary team to contribute ideas for seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating fresh, premium ingredients and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other beverages, and be able to educate guests about their origins, flavor profiles, and proper pairings.
  • Bar Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including handling inventory, restocking supplies, and following established procedures for opening and closing.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with other members of the bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, support each other during busy periods, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Hospitality: Provide attentive and personable service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations to create memorable experiences that reflect the calibre of our establishment.
