About The Role
We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team of our upcoming new opening in Covent Garden - Zylia! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, multi-cuisine background looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. This role will have a strong focus on open charcoal grill cooking, so previous experience working with open charcoal grills is essential.

- Provide top-tier hospitality by building professional, warm and genuine connections with our guests

- Bring experience in a similar role delivering high standard bar service
- Can make 5 classic cocktails from memory
- Are a creative thinker with a can-do attitude
- Bring excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Are passionate about bartending and creative when it comes to crafting and serving drinks
- Are a hospitality superstar who loves making guests feel special
- Bring strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
