BARTENDER/BARISTA
SALARY: £30,971 per annum OTE, Paid Weekly!
HOURS: 32-40 hours, including weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and personable Bartender/Barista to join our brilliant team at Daylesford Farm, working across our award-winning Trough Restaurant and vibrant Old Spot Restaurant.

At Daylesford, we do things differently, our luxury restaurants celebrate seasonal, farm-to-fork dining in a relaxed yet refined setting. As a Bartender/Barista, you won’t just be serving drinks you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting exceptional coffees and beverages while bringing the Daylesford story to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a café or restaurant team member would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
- Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
- People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
- Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality.
- First-class communication skills.
