Are you experienced in GMP manufacturing and quality documentation, with a strong eye for detail and compliance? Do you take pride in ensuring batch records are accurate, complete and audit ready? If so, this Quality Compliance Assistant role could be an opportunity for you?

Quality Compliance Assistant

This Quality Compliance position is based in Petersfield. The working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. The role is paying a competitive salary based on experience. This is a 6 month FTC.

Role Overview

As the Batch Record Reviewer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and compliance of mass and finished goods batch records for both OTC and non-OTC products. You'll review manufacturing documentation in line with GMP and GDP requirements, identifying errors, omissions or deviations and working with production and quality teams to resolve them. A key part of your role will be ensuring batch records are inspection ready, supporting timely release processes and maintaining high standards of data integrity across all documentation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations and site quality standards. You'll also support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues in batch records and helping to strengthen processes and compliance behaviours across the site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
