Surbiton, Surrey | Full Time | Salary DOE

Design extraordinary spaces. Build a career, not just bathrooms.

At Simply Bathrooms & Interiors, we don't design catalogue bathrooms. We create highly bespoke interiors for discerning homeowners across Surrey and London, combining exceptional design with meticulous technical planning and award-winning project delivery. Every project is different, every design is unique, and every detail matters.

We're looking for an exceptional designer to join our growing creative team. Whether you're already an experienced bathroom designer or come from an architectural, interior or technical design background, we're interested in talented people with outstanding design ability and the ambition to develop into one of the industry's very best.

This isn't a role for someone looking for an easy ride. It is fast-paced, demanding and incredibly rewarding. You will get full exposure to the technical design process, product costing and profitability, supply chain management and working alongside our builders and installation teams.

You'll be working alongside our Creative Director, helping to design beautiful homes whilst developing the technical and commercial skills to eventually take ownership of your own projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Meeting clients and understanding how they live before creating bespoke design solutions.
  • Producing high-quality CAD drawings, layouts and presentations.
  • Creating mood boards, finishes palettes and furniture concepts.
  • Designing bespoke cabinetry and furniture where required.
  • Preparing product specifications, quotations and budgets.
  • Working closely with suppliers, installers and project managers.
  • Supporting projects from initial concept through to installation.
  • Managing multiple live projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Developing the confidence to advise, guide and challenge clients where appropriate to achieve the very best design outcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
