Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd is Hiring: Multi-Trader / Bathroom Adaptations Fitter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Sole Trader Role
Hours: Mon-Friday, 8-5pm
Own Van is Essential
Advanced Building & Maintenance will do the following:
- Liaise with tenants
- Manage all job admin
- Supply waste disposal
- Order main material components
- Payment runs weekly
- Allocate dedicated contracts manager per area

Greenwich, however, works cover the entirety of the London area
(We do also have work in Kent & Essex)
A DBS check will be obtained if you are successful with the role of multi trader/bathroom fitter

Along with your CV, please advise of the following:
- How many years of Plumbing/ multi trade experience do you have?
- Do you have the following license or certification: CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), Asbestos Awareness
- What qualifications do you have with relevance to multi trades/bathroom fitters?
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving License (required)
