Aardvark Bathrooms is a bespoke bathroom showroom in Hemel Hempstead, providing a full end-to-end renovation service. We specialise in delivering high-quality, durable bathrooms with a focus on precision, reliability, and a personal touch. With demand increasing, we’re now looking for a Bathroom Installer who shares our commitment to quality and wants to be part of a growing, customer-focused team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves transforming spaces. You’ll take full ownership of bathroom renovations from start to finish, the kind of work where you can step back at the end of the day and genuinely feel proud of what you’ve built.

You’ll work on everything from compact en-suites to high-end luxury bathrooms, always with the support of a showroom team who understands the trade and values your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full bathroom installations, including first-fix and second-fix plumbing
- Install baths, showers, basins, toilets, vanity units, wet rooms, and all associated fixtures
- Prepare and level floors and walls, including boarding, tanking, and waterproofing
- Ability to have a range of multi-trade skills would be preferred, such as plastering, tiling, and carpentry
- Work from detailed plans and communicate with the showroom team to ensure accuracy
- Keep a clean, safe, and respectful working environment in customers’ homes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the project
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to keep projects running smoothly
- Represent Aardvark Bathrooms with pride, courtesy, and a high standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a bathroom installer, multi-skilled plumber, or similar trade role
- Strong plumbing skills and confidence in general finishing
- Must have own hand tools and power tools. (Specialist tools will be provided)
- A genuine eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Someone who can work independently but enjoys being part of a supportive team
- A problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
