Ware Bathroom Showroom is a growing independent bathroom showroom based in Ware, Hertfordshire. As part of the Nationwide Supplies group, we combine the personal service of a local showroom with the buying power, product knowledge, and support of an established builders’ and plumbers’ merchant.
We help customers create bathrooms that work beautifully for their homes, budgets, and lifestyles, from full bathroom renovations through to single product upgrades. As the showroom continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated, personable people to join the team and help deliver a first-class customer experience.
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and confident Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our showroom team in Ware.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll guide customers through product choices, design ideas, quotations, and the full buying process. You’ll be helping people make important decisions for their homes, so strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in design and interiors will be key.
You don’t need to know everything about bathrooms from day one. Product training, showroom support, and design software training can be provided. What matters most is that you’re motivated, approachable, organised, and keen to learn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
