We’re looking for energetic, friendly people to join our team across three roles:
- Bay Hosts who bring the Topgolf experience to life through brilliant, welcoming service
- Bartenders who create exciting drinks while delivering speed, quality and personality
- Service Support team members who keep the experience flowing by delivering food and drinks to our Players
Whether you’re serving Players in their bay, creating drinks behind the bar or making sure orders arrive quickly, you’ll play an important part in delivering a fantastic experience.
We’re serious about excellent service - but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and want to be part of a fun, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
No experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
The Roles
Bay Hosts
As a Bay Host, you’ll look after Players throughout their visit and help create an experience they’ll want to come back to. You’ll:
- Welcome Players and get them settled into their bay
- Provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and drink orders and make helpful recommendations
- Make sure Players have everything they need
- Help Players enjoy Topgolf safely
- Keep bays clean, organised and ready for the next group

Bartenders
As a Bartender, you’ll combine speed, quality and personality to create a great bar experience. You’ll:
- Prepare and serve a range of exciting drinks
- Create high-quality drinks consistently and efficiently
- Welcome and engage with Players at the bar
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work closely with Bay Hosts and Service Support to keep orders moving
Service Support
As part of our Service Support team, you’ll help keep service running smoothly across the venue. You’ll:
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to Players
- Make sure drinks and food arrive ready to enjoy
- Support Bay Hosts and Bartenders during busy periods
- Clear and reset areas to keep the venue clean and welcoming
- Replenish stock and help the wider team wherever needed
- Provide friendly service during every interaction with our Players
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be:

- Aged 18 or over
- Positive, friendly and full of energy
- A team player who is happy to jump in and help
- Reliable, with good timekeeping
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and deliver great service
Working Hours and Requirements
Our core operating hours are 9am–1am, so suitable transport is required for early starts and late finishes.
- You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- You must provide valid Right to Work in the UK documentation
- You must have at least six months’ remaining eligibility to work in the UK
