BC/NAV Support Consultant

Fully remote role working with customers using D365 Business Central. Ideal if you enjoy the support side of ERP and being hands-on with users day-to-day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for BC support queries (phone, email, portal)
  • Managing tickets end-to-end: logging, prioritising, troubleshooting, resolving
  • Providing guidance and best practice to help users get more out of BC
  • Investigating issues (data, config, workflows) and finding practical fixes/workarounds
  • Escalating more technical issues to devs and working closely with them to resolution
  • Supporting UAT, testing fixes, and documenting solutions/knowledge base
  • Keeping customers updated and hitting SLAs
