BD and Marketing Manager

Fancy combining BD and marketing at a law firm that works with names across music, sport and entertainment? This one's worth a look.

A leading sports, entertainment and media law firm is hiring a Business Development and Marketing Manager to help drive its continued growth.

You'll report directly to the Managing Partner and get real ownership over the firm's profile-raising and new business strategy, alongside hands-on marketing delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing plans and strategies to raise the firm's profile and win new business
  • Supporting fee earners to build and grow relationships with clients and prospects
  • Leading firm events, from seminars and webinars to client hospitality
  • Keeping the website and content fresh, working with external web designers
  • Producing newsletters, bulletins and other marketing literature
  • Managing social media and working alongside the firm's external PR team
  • Handling enquiries generated by marketing activity
  • Staying on top of trends across a fast-moving sector

What you'll bring

  • At least 3 years' experience spanning both business development and marketing management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing materials
  • A self-motivated, can-do approach and strong organisational skills
