Location: London (On-site)
Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 per annum + performance bonus + commission

Responsibilities
- Source local UK streamers, small-to-mid size MCNs and creator agencies, complete outreach and lead qualification.
- Conduct independent business negotiations, introduce platform policies and incentives, drive end-to-end signing process.
- Follow-up with signed agencies and streamers, push for live activation, maintain partner relationships and seek referral opportunities.
- Build creator resource database, submit regular outreach reports, collect local market and competitor insights for supervisor.

Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in BD, sales, talent agency or MCN operation; prior TikTok / live-stream creator resources are a plus.
- Good knowledge of UK creator ecosystem, strong communication & negotiation skills, accept KPI-driven assessment.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the "thick skin" required to thrive in an outbound environment.
- A "Super App" moves fast; you must be comfortable switching gears and pitching to different service verticals and demographics.
