Our client is a well-established, design-led London studio working across landscape and exterior spaces for private clients, estates, and premium developments in the UK and internationally. They are known for design excellence and long-standing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, and are entering a new phase of growth supported by a planned transition within senior leadership.

About the Role

The Managing Director will lead the business commercially and operationally. Business development sits at the centre of the role: for the first 18 to 24 months the priority will be sales, lead generation, and taking ownership of client relationships, before broadening into wider strategic and operational leadership. This is not a build-a-pipeline-from-scratch brief. The business has a strong reputation and a steady flow of inbound enquiries, but the right person will also actively generate opportunities through networking and industry relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
