Business Development Manager – Litigation & Disputes

Looking for a strategic BD role where you'll be working hand in hand with highly engaged partners rather than spending your time churning out pitches?

Join one of the leading global law firms who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help shape the future direction of its London Litigation & Disputes practice. Covering areas including Commercial Litigation, White Collar, Competition, and International Arbitration, this is a highly visible role with genuine influence.

What makes this opportunity different?

The partner group is committed to business development and understands its importance. They are looking for an experienced BD professional who can bring structure, ideas, and strategic direction, helping the team identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth. The focus is on trusted partnership and long-term planning, not simply producing reactive pitch materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
