Location: London (On-site)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum + performance bonus + commission

Responsibilities

  • Develop BD expansion strategy for the UK market, aligning with business targets, manage local London BD executives and drive regular business reviews.
  • Source and negotiate with local UK MCNs, talent agencies, potential streamers, and talent management firms to deliver agency and streamer sign-ups.
  • Research competitor cooperation models, formulate localised BD and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain relationships with key agencies and top streamers, improve go-live rate, creator retention, and GMV performance.
  • Produce weekly & monthly business reports, build local BD playbooks and resource libraries; conduct team recruitment, coaching, and performance appraisal.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years BD experience in European & American live-streaming / MCN industry, with 1-2 years team management experience.
  • Fluent business English; practical Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Deep understanding of UK live-streaming ecosystem; existing local MCN and streamer resources preferred, familiar with overseas agency signing mechanisms.
  • You must have successful case studies demonstrating your ability to secure major deals through cold outreach and proactive prospecting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the "thick skin" required to thrive in an outbound environment.
  • A "Super App" moves fast; you must be comfortable switching gears and pitching to different service verticals and demographics.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
