Business Development Manager - Private Equity (12 Month FTC)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its market-leading Private Equity practice. This is a high-profile role working across Private Equity, M&A and Finance, helping drive client growth, lead major pitches, and deliver strategic BD initiatives in one of the firm's fastest-growing areas.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver business development strategy
- Lead high-value pitches, proposals and client targeting initiatives
- Drive client relationship programmes and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver market and client intelligence to support growth plans
- Manage thought leadership campaigns, events and profile-raising activities
- Support key client accounts and help identify new business opportunities
- Work across international teams on cross-border pursuits and strategic projects

- Proven BD experience at Manager level within legal or professional services
- Strong pitching, client development and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to influence senior partners
- Interest in Private Equity, M&A or wider private capital markets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
