Mercedes-Benz Brampton Service BDC Representative

Mercedes-Benz Brampton is looking for a Service BDC Representative to add to our team in Brampton. Mercedes-Benz Brampton is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

About the Role

As a Service BDC Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department by delivering outstanding customer service and assisting clients with their inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service needs.

Our BDC team helps transform customer inquiries, concerns, and service reminders into meaningful appointments and lasting relationships. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be an essential part of creating a positive experience and contributing to the continued success of Volkswagen Midtown Toronto.

Compensation

Base salary plus bonus ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 a year.

What You'll Do

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to connect with customers and support service initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist customers by reviewing and scheduling recommended or manufacturer-required vehicle services.
  • Handle service reminders, campaigns, recalls, and internet opportunities.
  • Following up on customer inquiries for the service department.
  • Following up with past customers within the database to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Call center experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Strong record of customer satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented individual.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
  • Works well in a team environment.
