Zero Procure
Helping Hospitality Businesses Buy Better
At Foodbuy, we're one of the UK's leading procurement and supply chain specialists, helping thousands of hospitality operators reduce costs, improve efficiencies and unlock commercial value.
Through Zero Procure, our specialist procurement solution for independent hospitality businesses, we work with hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, leisure venues and private members' clubs to deliver smarter purchasing, supplier consolidation, technology-enabled ordering and measurable bottom-line savings.
As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across the UK hospitality sector.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional sales role.
You'll be introducing hospitality operators to a solution that genuinely impacts profitability, helping businesses navigate rising food costs, labour pressures and operational challenges through smarter procurement strategies.
You'll own the entire sales journey, from identifying opportunities and opening conversations through to negotiation, onboarding and account growth. You'll be empowered to build your territory, develop senior-level relationships and play a significant role in the continued growth of Zero Procure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
