Job Description
AVer Europe is looking for a BDM for driving sales in the assigned area (UK). He/She preferably based in Northern England, Manchester / Leeds Area to cover our resellers and end user partners in the area. He/She is responsible for building the reseller network in the region, as well as for business development and recruitment of resellers. His/Her main focus is driving excellence in sales and executing the objectives of the company. This position reports to the HEAD OF SALES, EUROPE.

Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with existing customers (Resellers / Distributors) to extend sales and brand awareness.
- Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Optimizes the relationship and business with new resellers and integrators.
- Recruits new resellers in the region and manages accordingly.
- Introduces the company and conducts product demos of company's solutions to existing customers and new business partners.
- Identifies and develops new opportunities.
- Sells products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Reaches out to new potential partners through cold calling and face to face meetings.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Works with other team members and other departments.
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales and status reports.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Key Functions
- HUNTER: Sales Channel and business development including reseller recruitment.
- TRAINER: Product demo via meetings/tradeshow / events and video conferencing.
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC: Takes care of all customer needs, ensures queries are solved and executes all activities in delivering customer satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities
- Evaluates competitive magazines and market developments.
- Monitors and executes assigned projects.
- Keeps records of all customer contacts, sales proposals and reports on a regular basis.
- Attends marketing events, including but not limited to exhibitions/training events.
- Required to consistently visit resellers and partners on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications
- Sales Channel Experience in AV/IT channel sales or business development.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits/may include overnight trips for demos, meetings & tradeshow/events.
- Technical background A/V is a plus.
- Native level English.
